Yes, I talk about Michigan a lot. I moved to Philly knowing only one person here. I left my friends, my family, a job, pretty much my entire fucking life behind to start medical school. Now I’m wasting my 20’s by sitting in front of a textbook or in a cadaver lab all day. Depressing? You betchya.
So when I try to make myself happy by clinging on to bits of home, what makes you think you have the right to shatter that by calling it “another dumb Michigan thing”?
