On a webpage entitled, “101 things I wish I knew before starting med school” was this:
91. During the summer before medical school starts, do not attempt to study or read anything remotely related to medicine. Take this time to travel and do things for you.
Step 1: plan a trip to Europe. (umm, check!) Step 2: get accepted to med school.

Like, I’m 33 and the first time I’ll be able to go across Europe is next summer when I go to Africa.

I just had a phone job interview!!! Out of the DOZENS i’ve applied for, this is the first one that has shown any interest in hiring me. Keep your fingers crossed that I get a final interview! :)

I ran 4 miles this weekend! 2 miles on Saturday and 2 on Sunday.
My goal for the summer is to make it up to 5 miles without stopping :)
back to square one,
and i don’t want to do this all over again.
